摘  要:目前我国全预制装配式桥梁尚处于初期发展阶段,大部分工厂预制构件多采用传统地模生产方式,此工艺台座周转周期长,生产效率低。文章基于成彭高架全预制拼装桥梁项目,提出一种组合钢模板兼台车流水线预制技术,并进行技术总结,该工艺能实现流水线生产作业,缩短台座占用时间,提高生产效率,具有较好的成本控制效果及社会应用推广价值。At present, the fully prefabricated bridge in China is still in the initial stage of development. Most of the prefabricated components in the factory adopt the traditional ground mold method for production, which has a long pedestal turnover period and low production efficiency. Based on the fully prefabricated assembly bridge project of Chengpeng Viaduct, this paper proposes a combined steel formwork and trolley assembly line prefabrication technology, and summarizes the technology. This technology can realize the assembly line production operation, shorten the occupied time of the pedestal, and improve the production efficiency. It has good cost control effect and social application and promotion value.
