摘　　要：随着城市交通工程的不断建设,城市路网体系持续完善。为了更好地评价城市路网的运行质量,文章分别从管理者、运营者、使用者及环境条件角度,分别分析不同角色的行为对城市路网运行质量的影响,并基于目标分解法建立了城市路网运行质量的评价体系,旨在为城市路网高质量发展评价奠定基础。With the continuous construction of urban traffic engineering, urban road network system continues to improve. In order to better evaluate the operation quality of urban road network, this paper analyzes the influence of different roles’ behaviors on the operation quality of urban road network from the perspectives of managers, operators, users and environmental conditions, and establishes the evaluation system of urban road network operation quality based on the target decomposition method, aiming to lay the foundation for the evaluation of high-quality development of urban road network.
