骨伤复元汤联合闭合复位内固定术治疗胫腓骨干骨折的效果  

Effect of Gushang Fuyuan Decoction Combined with Closed Reduction and Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Tibiofibular Shaft Fracture

摘　　要：目的:研究骨伤复元汤联合闭合复位内固定术治疗胫腓骨干骨折的效果。方法:选取连江县医院2017年4月-2020年10月收治的98例胫腓骨干骨折患者作为研究对象。以随机数字表法分为联合组及对照组,各49例。对照组开展闭合复位内固定术治疗,联合组则于对照组的基础上增用骨伤复元汤。评价两组疗效,检查手术前后两组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)及红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平变化,记录两组术后并发症发生情况。结果:联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组住院时间、负重时间、骨痂出现时间及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1个月两组血清CRP、PCT及ESR水平均较术前1 d降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨伤复元汤联合闭合复位内固定术治疗胫腓骨干骨折的效果显著,可促进骨折的愈合,减轻术后炎症反应,降低术后并发症发生风险。Objective:To study the effect of Gushang Fuyuan Decoction combined with closed reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of tibiofibular shaft fractures.Method:A total of 98 patients with tibiofibular shaft fractures treated in the Lianjiang County Hospital from April 2017 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into combined group and control group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group treated with closed reduction and internal fixation,while the combined group treated with Gushang Fuyuan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect of two groups was evaluated,the changes of serum C-reactive protein (CRP),procalcitonin (PCT) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) levels before and after operation of the two groups were checked,and the occurrence of postoperative complications of the two groups was recorded.Result:The total effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The hospitalization time,weight-bearing time,callus appearance time and fracture healing time in the combined group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).One month after operation,the levels of serum CRP,PCT and ESR in the two groups were lower than those 1 days before operation,and the combined group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the combined group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Gushang Fuyuan Decoction combined with closed reduction and internal fixation is effective in the treatment of tibiofibular shaft fractures.It can promote fracture healing,reduce postoperative inflammatory reaction and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
