通气散合泽泻汤加减治疗分泌性中耳炎的有效性及临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析分泌性中耳炎患者接受通气散合泽泻汤加减治疗的效果。方法:以2019年1月-2021年1月东台市中医院耳鼻喉科收治的分泌性中耳炎患者80例为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将患者分为试验组与对照组,每组40例。对照组予以常规治疗,试验组予以通气散合泽泻汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组,治疗后气骨导差、纯音气导听阈均高于对照组,治疗后头晕头痛、听力下降、耳闭评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-8、TNF-α、PAF、PCT水平均低于治疗前,且试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:分泌性中耳炎患者接受通气散合泽泻汤加减治疗,效果好,安全性高,可更好地改善病情及炎症因子指标水平,意义重大。Objective:To analyze the effect of modified Tongqi Powder and Zexie Decoction in the treatment of patients with secretory otitis media.Method:A total of 80 patients with secretory otitis media admitted to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given modified Tongqi Powder and Zexie Decoction.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,after treatment,the air-bone conduction difference and pure tone air-conduction threshold were higher than those of the control group,after treatment,the scores of dizziness,headache,hearing loss,ear closure in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-8,TNF-α,PAF,PCT in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Secretory otitis media with modified Tongqi Powder and Zexie Decoction has good effect and high safety,which can improve the patients’ condition and the level of inflammatory factors,and has great significance.
