摘 要:托运行李错运、漏运、丢失、破损现象是旅客出行经常遇到的问题,而国内机场行李跟踪系统架构设计老旧,无法实现行李流程电子化、全流程跟踪。为提升行李托运质量,结合郑州机场行李跟踪系统建设需求,笔者设计开发了一套行李跟踪系统,并对系统架构进行了优化。该系统能够满足当前信息发展需要,提高了系统的安全性,方便管理人员和旅客实时掌握行李的状态。The wrong transportation, missing transportation, loss and damage of checked baggage are the problems that passengers often encounter when traveling. However, the domestic airport baggage tracking system architecture design is old, which can not realize the electronic baggage process and the whole process tracking. In order to improve the quality of baggage check-in, combined with the construction requirements of Zhengzhou airport baggage tracking system, this paper designs and develops a set of baggage tracking system,and optimizes the system architecture. The system can meet the needs of current information development, improve the security of the system,and facilitate managers and passengers to grasp the status of luggage in real time.
