摘　　要：高职院校门户网站是展示学校办学特色、提高师生认同感和吸引优质生源的网络平台。在大数据时代背景下,对高职院校门户网站进行用户行为研究并提出网站优化策略,有助于提升门户网站对内对外的传播质量,进一步扩大学校的影响力。本文以高职院校门户网站用户为基础,构建高职院校门户网站用户行为分析系统框架,并详细介绍了用户行为数据的采集、预处理、存储、分析等具体过程。The web portal of higher vocational institutions is a network platform to show the school’s characteristics, improve the identity of teachers and students and attract high-quality students. In the background of the big data era, the user behavior study of the portal sites of higher education institutions and the website optimization strategies are proposed to help improve the quality of internal and external communication of the portal sites and further expand the influence of the schools. This paper builds a framework of user behavior analysis system of the portal site of higher education institutions based on the users of the portal site, and introduces in detail the specific processes of user behavior data collection, pre-processing, storage and analysis.
