摘　　要：市场退回的摩托车用铅酸蓄电池的失效模式主要是极板硫酸盐化引起的电池充电接受能力下降。通过调整负极配方,改性各种负极添加剂,改进生产工艺,使铅酸蓄电池的低温放电容量与充电接受性能得到提升,也大大地提高电池的一致性,有效降低了电池的市场退货率。The failure mode of the motorcycle lead-acid battery returned by the market is mainly the decline of battery charging acceptance caused by the sulfation of plate.The low temperature discharge capacity and charge acceptance performance of lead-acid battery were improved by adjusting the negative formula,modifying various negative additives and improving the production process,which also greatly improved the consistency of battery and effectively reduced the market return rate of battery.
