摘 要:为确保展腿油缸在大吨位铁路救援起重机吊载重物回转启动和制动时的稳定性,需对展腿油缸进行设计校核。根据展腿油缸的结构特点,分析展腿油缸受力,计算展腿油缸回转阻力矩和轴向力。根据铁路救援起重机工作的典型工况,确定展腿油缸的工作状态,分析各种工况下展腿油缸承受的载荷,确定油缸内径、活塞杆直径、缸筒壁厚,并对展腿油缸许用行程、缸筒壁厚、活塞杆屈曲稳定性进行校核。校核结果表明,展腿油缸的许用行程、缸筒壁厚和活塞杆弯曲稳定性满足工作需要。In order to ensure the stability of the outrigger extension cylinder during the start-up and braking of the large tonnage railway rescue crane’s lifting weight, it is necessary to design checking the outrigger extension cylinder.According to the structural features of the outrigger extension cylinder, the force of the outrigger extension cylinder are analyzed, rotary resistance moment and the axial force of the outrigger extension cylinder is calculated. According to the typical working conditions of the railway rescue crane, the working state of the outrigger extension cylinder is determined, and the load borne by the cylinder under various working conditions is analyzed. The inner diameter of the cylinder, the diameter of the piston rod and the wall thickness of the cylinder are determined, and the allowable stroke of cylinder, the cylinder wall thickness and the buckling stability of the piston rod are checked. The verification results show that the allowable stroke, cylinder wall thickness and piston rod buckling stability of the outrigger extension cylinder meet the working requirements.
