摘　　要：为解决JZ-7型空气制动机零部件集成度低、管路连接复杂及可维护性差等问题,设计了JZ-7型空气制动机集成阀板。介绍集成化设计思路及集成阀板结构。通过试验验证得出,集成阀板符合技术要求,通用性强、外型美观,可推广使用。To solve the low integrated level of parts, complicated pipe connection and poor maintainability of JZ-7air brake, the integrated valve plate of JZ-7 air brake was developed. The paper introduces integrated designing thoughts and structural composition of integrated valve plate. By the test, it proved the integrated valve plate meets technical requirement with high universality and nice appearance. It can be produced in batches.
