摘  要:采用湿式氧化(WAO)-催化湿式氧化(CWAO)工艺处理甲硫基乙醛肟生产废水,重点考察了反应温度和氧分压等因素对WAO处理效果的影响,筛选合适的均相催化剂并考察催化剂投加量对CWAO处理效果的影响。确定WAO的最优工艺条件为:反应温度为210℃、氧分压为1.2MPa、反应时间为60min,在此条件下,甲硫基乙醛肟生产废水化学需氧量(COD)去除率67.9%,有机硫转化率98%;CWAO处理WAO出水的最优工艺条件为:反应温度为240℃、氧分压为0.5MPa、CuCl_(2)投加量为200×10^(-6)、反应时间为60min,在此条件下,甲硫基乙醛肟生产废水的COD去除率为98.3%。The Wet Air Oxidation(WAO)-Catalytic Wet Air Oxidation(CWAO) process was used to treat the production wastewater of methylthio acetaldoxime,focusing on the effect of reaction temperature,oxygen partial pressure and other factors on the WAO treatment effect,as well as screening suitable homogeneous catalysts and investigating the effect of catalyst dosing on the CWAO treatment effect.The experiment determined the optimal process conditions of WAO:reaction temperature 210℃,oxygen partial pressure 1.2 MPa,reaction time 60 min,COD removal rate of 67.9%,organic sulfur conversion rate of 98% under this condition;CWAO treatment of WAO effluent optimal process conditions:reaction temperature 240℃,oxygen partial pressure 0.5 MPa,CuCl_(2) dosing amount of 200×10^(-6),reaction time of 60 min,under this condition,COD removal rate was 98.3%.
