摘　　要：对聚碳酸酯薄膜晶点形态结构、物性及主要组成等特性进行分析,并从原料、聚合反应过程、物料干燥以及挤出造粒等方面探讨了晶点杂质成因及控制方法。In this paper,the morphological structure,physical properties and main composition of polycarbonate film’s fish-eye were analyzed,and the causes and control methods of crystalline impurities were discussed from the aspects of raw materials,polymerization reaction process,material drying and extrusion granulation.
