烷基化生产异辛烷反应器应用研究

摘　　要：河北新启元能源技术开发股份有限公司和天津大学共同开发了1种使用多级循环流反应器制备异辛烷技术。该技术通过引入气相异丁烷和内件,使酸烃充分混合,同时采用C_(4)气化移走反应热来控制反应温度,实现C_(4)烷基化反应制备异辛烷。为进一步进行该技术的应用研究,新建1台1万t/h多级循环流烷基化反应器应用于河北新启元公司40万t/a异辛烷装置中,并进行工业化实验,通过实验数据核实该技术的应用效果。Hebei Xinqiyuan Energy Technology Development Co.,Ltd.and Tianjin University have developed a technology to produce iso-octane using a multi-stage recirculating reactor.The technology used gas-phase iso-butane and internals,isooctane was prepared by C_(4) alkylation with mixed acid hydrocarbons and C_(4) gasification removal reaction heat to control the reaction temperature.In order to further study application of this technology,a new 10000 t/h multistage circulating flow alkylation reactor was built and applied to the 400000 t/a isooctane plant of the company,and the industrial experiment was carried out,the experimental data were used to verify the application effect of this technique.
