摘  要:以屏蔽暂堵理论为基础,通过室内研究,确定了自适应油气层保护剂合成的主要原材料和生产工艺。自适应油气层保护剂是以固体粉末状的可变形暂堵剂为主剂,改性秸秆纤维为膨胀型填充粒子,液体有机盐为流型调节剂,搭配刚性架桥粒子,采用涂覆的生产工艺制得。该生产工艺稳定,产品质量优良。现场试验表明,渗透率恢复值达到85%以上,油气层保护效果良好。Based on the theory of shielding and temporary plugging,the main raw materials and production technology for the synthesis of adaptive reservoir protective agent were determined through indoor study.The adaptive oil and gas layer protective agent was made of solid powder deformable temporary plugging agent as the main agent,modified straw fiber as the expansion type filling particle,liquid organic salt as the flow type regulator,and rigid bridge particles by coating process.The production process was stable and the product quality is excellent.The field test showed that the permeability recovery value was above 85% and the reservoir protection effect was good.
