摘 要:以烯丙醇和环氧乙烷为原料,甲基磺酸锌为催化剂,经聚合反应合成乙二醇单烯丙基醚粗品。考察了催化剂用量、反应温度和烯丙醇与环氧乙烷用量比对组分含量的影响,优化后的反应条件为:催化剂用量为烯丙醇和环氧乙烷总质量的3‰,反应温度为110℃,n(烯丙醇)∶n(环氧乙烷)=1∶0.8。在此条件下,合成的粗品中乙二醇单烯丙基醚含量达85.8%,有效转化率达98.5%。Crude ethylene glycol monoallyl ether was synthesized by polymerization with allyl alcohol and ethylene oxide as raw materials and zinc methanesulfonate as catalyst.The effects of catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and molar ratio of allyl alcohol to ethylene oxide on component content were investigated.The optimized reaction conditions were as follows:catalyst dosage was 3‰ of the total weight of allyl alcohol and ethylene oxide,reaction temperature was 110℃,n(allyl alcohol)∶n(ethylene oxide)=1∶0.8.Under the optimized conditions,the content of ethylene glycol monoallyl ether in the crude product was 85.8% and the effective conversion was 98.5%.
