摘  要:在累积变形量一定时,在异步轧机上分别采用9、5、3、2道次,平均道次压下率分别为16%、27%、40%、55%的工艺强剪切轧制了6016铝合金板材,并在加热炉中进行540℃固溶处理30 min。借助光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)及X射线衍射仪(XRD)对显微组织特征及宏观织构进行表征。结果表明,随着道次压下率增加,第二相数量增多,E、F及r-cube剪切织构强度增强。经固溶处理后,剪切织构强度略微下降。道次压下率为55%的合金板材在固溶后,基体晶粒及第二相粒子均得到细化,平均晶粒尺寸为44.5μm,第二相粒子尺寸为0.3~0.5μm,弥散分布在基体中。When the cumulative deformation amount was constant,the processes of rolling with 9,5,3,and 2 passes on the asynchronous rolling mill,and the average pass reduction ratios of 16%,27%,40%and 55%,respectively,were used for strong shear rollied 6016 aluminum alloy sheet,which was then solution treated at 540℃for 30 min in a heating furnace.The microstructure characteristics and macroscopic texture were analyzed by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that with the increase of pass reduction,the number of the second phase increases,and the shear texture strength of E,F and r-cube shear texture increases.After solution treatment,the strength of shear texture slightly declines.After the solution treatment,the matrix grains and the second phase particles of the alloy sheet with a pass reduction of 55%are refined,the average grain size is 44.5μm,and the size of second phase particle ranges from 0.3μm to 0.5μm,and which is dispersed in the matrix.
