摘　　要：社会的发展促进了党校教育活动模式的进步和完善,在开展党校教育活动时,要让党员干部学习到文化的理论知识,使党员干部树立正确的思想价值观念,促进党员干部的全面发展。而将红色文化资源融入党校教育的内容中,能够更好地体现出红色文化资源的价值和优势,使党员干部的思想认识水平得到进一步的提升,从中获得更多的教育和收获,促进党员干部为人民服务意识的建立。结合实际情况,探讨具体的实践应用思路和方法,希望可以更加顺利地开展党校教育工作,发挥红色文化资源的应用作用。The development of the society has promoted the progress and improvement of the party school education activity mode, when carrying out the Party school education activities, to let the Party member cadre learn the theoretical knowledge of culture, make the Party member cadre set up the correct ideological value concept, promote the all-round development of the Party members and cadres. The red cultural resources into the content of Party school education can better reflect the value and advantages of red cultural resources, so that the ideological understanding level of Party members and cadres has be further improved, obtain more education and gain, and promote the establishment of Party members and cadres’ consciousness of serving the people. Combined with the actual situation, to discuss the specific practical application ideas and methods, it is hoped to carry out the Party school education work more smoothly, and give full play to the application role of red cultural resources.
