摘  要:大规模电力电子设备接入电网带来一系列间谐波振荡问题,影响电网稳定与安全运行。从并网变流器的脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)控制着手,提出一种线性相移PWM方法,对逆变器输出特定间谐波进行补偿,防止间谐波进一步传播放大。首先,分析了线性相移调制实现频率偏移的机理,在此基础上,提出了基于特征谐波线性相移调制的特定间谐波PWM控制方法。然后,建立了并网逆变器特定间谐波线性相移空间矢量脉宽调制(space vector PWM,SVPWM)双闭环控制模型。该方法可以实现特征谐波与目标间谐波之间±50 Hz的最大频率偏移,具有较好的特定间谐波补偿抑制效果。Matlab/Simulink仿真分析和RT-LAB半实物仿真实验验证了该方法的有效性。The current large-scale power electronic equipment connected to the power grid has brought a series of related inter-harmonic oscillation problems, which affect the stability and safe operation of power grid.Considering the pulse width modulation(PWM) control of the grid-connected converter, this paper proposes a linear phase shift PWM method to compensate the specific interharmonics of inverter output, so as to suppress the further amplification of inter-harmonics. Firstly, the mechanisms of frequency-offset based on linear phase shift modulation are analyzed. On this basis, a specific interharmonic PWM control method based on linear phase shift modulation is proposed. Then, a double closed-loop control model of space vector PWM(SVPWM)of specific inter-harmonic linear phase shift for grid-connected inverter is established. This method can achieve the maximum frequency shift of ±50 Hz between characteristic harmonics and target harmonics, and has a good effect of specific interharmonic compensation and suppression. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by Matlab simulation and RT-LAB hardware-in-the-loop simulation experiment results.
