摘 要:应用滴定从卵磷酯酶解释放游离脂肪酸法测定我国十种蛇毒磷酯酶A活力。各种蛇毒显示不同的酶活力,眼镜蛇毒的酶活力最高,竹叶青的最低。他们分别是:眼镜蛇毒,9.62;蝮蛇,8.68;尖吻蝮,7.56;银环蛇,7.56;蝰蛇,7.03;海蛇,5.10;眼镜王蛇,3.82;银环蛇,1.96;烙铁头,1.85;竹叶青,0.97;还测定了在不同pH,温度和浓度下磷酯酶A的活性。The phospholipasc A’s activity from the snake venoms ot ten species in China had been determined by the method of titration of free fatty acid released irom the substrate of lecithin. It shows that the activities of phos-pholipasc A’s from different snake venoms are different, the activity of the snake venom Naja naja atra is the higcst and that of Trimeresurus stejne-geri is lowest. They are respectively;Naja naja atra;9.62, Agkislrodon halys pallas;8.68, Agkistrodon acutus;7.56, Bungarus fasciatus;7.56, Vipera russelli siamensis;7.03, Microcephalophis yracilis;5.10, Ophio-phagus Hannah;3.82, Bungarus mitllicinctus;1.96, Trimeresurus uiucros-quamalus;1.85, Trimcrcsurus stejnegeri;0.97. We had also measured the etfects on the activity of phospholipase A2 from some snake venoms at various pH, temperature and concentration.
