中华眼镜蛇毒膜毒素对鼠肝线粒体的作用

摘　　要：在前文所述中华眼镜蛇毒膜毒素的体外溶吉田肉瘤细胞作用[1]的工作基础上,我们选择鼠肝线粒体为材料,观察中华眼镜蛇毒膜毒素对鼠肝线粒体氧化磷酸化的呼吸效应。一些结果如下:1.细胞毒素对鼠肝线粒体4态呼吸的抑制。用按Guerra方法[2]制备得的大鼠肝线粒体(其呼吸控制约为4.0,P/O≈1.5),加入琥珀酸的氧化反应液中[3],37℃保温3分钟后,加入琥珀酸,线粒体立即呈现4态呼吸速率。然后加入细胞毒素,此期间线粒体呼吸(4态)逐渐受抑制,随着细胞毒素加入剂量的增加,此种呼吸抑制愈来愈明显。The effect of cardiotoxin on oxidative phosphorylation of rat liver mitochondria was investigated.The following results were obtained.Cardiotoxin was an effective inhibitor of the respiration of rat liver mitochondria.The inhibitory effect could partially be reduced by the addition of ADP.DNP can eliminate the inhibition as an uncoupler as usual.It is improbable that phos-pholipase A(Naja naja atra)might be involved in this system.Experiment data showed that phospholipasc A was an uncoupler of the rat liver mitochondria.
