“广西蛇药”的抗蛇毒和药理作用研究  

ANTI-SNAKE-VENOM AND PHARMACOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF“KWANGSI SNAKE-BITE DRUG”

摘　　要：用“广西蛇药”115g/kg灌胃,对皮下注射了90%±10%致死剂量眼镜蛇毒、眼镜王蛇毒、银环蛇毒后小白鼠的保护率分别为68~90.5%、78.6~78.8%、46.5%。对70g/kg灌胃皮下注射致死量眼镜蛇毒中毒狗的保护率为50%。若预先于注毒前二小时给35g/kg,注毒时再给35g/kg,存活数提高至4/4。“广西蛇药”灌胃及腹腔给药的半数致死量分别为312.8±41.1g/kg及28.3±5.6g/kg。狗以临床日剂量的5、10倍灌胃14天,血象、肝肾功能及实质器官检查均未发现异常变化。药理实验表明:“广西蛇药”有增强乙酰胆碱兴奋蛙腹直肌和轻度的抗蛇毒抑制大鼠胫神经胫前肌的收缩作用,并有镇痛、镇静、催眠、抑菌、利尿、减慢心率、降压、加快呼吸、延长出血时间等作用。With the lethal dose of snake venoms given orally and subcutaneously,"Kwangsi Snake Drug"115g/kg could singilicantly protect the envenomed mice and dogs from death.The protect rate was 68-90.5%,78.6-98.8%and 46.5%for the venoms of Naja naja atra,Ophiophagus hannah and Bungarus multicinctus respectively.The acute and inlraperitoneal LD50 in mice was 312.8±1.lg/kg and 28.3±.6g/kg respectively.When the drug was given to dogs at the dose of 5-10 times of human daily dose for 2 weeks,it did not yield abnormal changes in blood count,hepatic function,renal function and in other organs,Pharmacological experiments had proved that the"Kwangsi Snake Drug"demonstrated the sedative,hypnotic,hypotensive,analgisic,diuretic,bradycardia,rapid respiration,and antibacterial actions.It could increase the Aeh effect on the Rectus abdominis of frog,and could also antagonize the depressive effect of venom on the M.tidialis anterior of rat.
