摘　　要：酶结合免疫吸附试验(简称酶标)是七十年代的一项血清学新技术,已广泛应用于临床。历来对毒蛇咬伤的诊断是依靠局部及全身中毒表现以及根据确认或捕获的毒蛇。我组于1980年2月开展酶标技术对蛇伤诊断的实验探索,并应用于临床。The Elisa slide method(defined as antibody substrate sphere)can deteet the Chinese Krait venom retained in patient’s wounded tissues or blood serum at the level of 5-lOng/ml.The method is specific in immunology.There is no cross-reaction with other species venoms and no positive reaction with normal human serum.In the clinic practice,the satisfactory results has been obtained in four patients with Chinese krait poisoning after preparing the slide in about two and a hall hours.The method is simple in procedure,speedy in lime,and may not only be applied for quantitative assay in clinical snake poisoning,but also for qualitative assay in forensic medicine.
