银环蛇咬伤呼吸停止的抢救及13例临床分析

摘　　要：银环蛇咬伤引起呼吸麻痺是导致死亡的主要原因。华南地区蛇伤以银环蛇的死亡率最高。近年来我们收治13例呼吸停止病人,现将抢救情况分析如下:本组13例均为男性,年龄最小为九岁。咬伤至就诊时间最短为20分钟,最长为10小时,平均就诊时间为4小时48分。证实系银环蛇咬伤的12例中咬伤至呼吸停止时间最短为3小时,最长为28小时,平均为10小时1分。临床表现(一)局部表现:麻木13例(100%),不红12例(92.3%),不肿10例(76.9%);不痛7例(53.8%);微痒8例(61.5%)。(二)全身表现:乏力9例(69.2%),张口及吞咽困难、流涎、眼脸下垂、发绀、呼吸停止、对光消失各13例(100%);说话不清、嗜睡各10例(76.9%);眼球固定、瞳孔散大各11例(84.6%)In recent years the authors authors treated 13 cases of respiration arrest of snakebite by Chinese krait.11 cases was cured with.eiiicient artitieial respiration by early intubation before the cease of automatic respiration.The cure rate was 84.6%.The shortest duration of the patient from the arrest to the automatic re-respiration was 10 hours and 45 minutes,the longest was of 864 hours,and at the meantime the cease oi automatic respiration was 228 hours.
