摘 要:以国内外电站应用量最大的126 kV隔离开关为研究对象,根据其结构特点及经常出现故障的原因,通过三维仿真分析及抗震计算,得出隔离开关周围空气域的电场分布及主导电系统的温度分布,从而优化结构设计中的薄弱环节,得到满足要求的技术参数。通过隔离开关真型抗震试验、温升试验、绝缘试验研究,解决了隔离开关在正常运行中的失效问题,校核了隔离开关的抗震水平和机械强度,验证了隔离开关的绝缘能力。设计出的新型高压隔离开关满足运行要求,为后续隔离开关设计分析提供了理论的解决方法。The 126 kV disconnector with the largest application quantity for power stations both at home and abroad is taken as the research object. According to its structural characteristics and the causes of frequent faults as well as throughout three-dimensional simulation analysis and seismic calculation,the electric field distribution of the air area around the disconnector and the temperature distribution of the main conductive system are obtained,thus optimizing the weak links in the structural design and obtaining technical parameters meeting the requirement. Through the seismic test,temperature rise test and insulation test of the full scale disconnector,the failure problem of the disconnector in normal operation is solved,the seismic level and mechanical strength of the disconnector are checked and the insulation capacity of the disconnector is verified. The new126 kV disconnector designed meets the operation requirements and provides a theoretical solution for the subsequent design and analysis of disconnector.
