摘 要:为了研究负载因素对三相油浸式配电变压器的振动特性的影响,文中提出一种基于Comsol Multiphysics有限元软件的变压器本体振动仿真计算方法。通过谐响应分析方法,分别计算负载下绕组的振动及空载下铁心的磁致伸缩振动,进而把二者耦合在一起,得到变压器的本体振动。文中研究了负载不平衡、负载容量、功率因数角等对变压器振动特性的影响。研究结果表明:B相负载不平衡比其余两相负载不平衡时,油箱表面最大加速度幅值较小;变压器油箱表面振动与负载容量有关,轻载下油箱振动主受铁心振动影响,随着负载容量增大,油箱表面振动也逐渐增大;随着功率因数的增大,油箱正表面最大加速度增大,油箱侧面最大加速度降低,油箱表面振动集中区域从侧面转移到油箱正面。文中研究结果对于变压器测点布置及振动控制具有参考意义。For studying the influence of load factors on vibration characteristics of three-phase oil immersed distribution transformer,a kind of simulation calculation method of vibration of transformer proper based on Comsol Multiphysics finite element software is proposed in this paper. Through the harmonic response analysis method,the vibration of the winding under load and the magnetostrictive vibration of the iron core under no-load are calculated respectively,and then both of them are coupled to obtain the vibration of transformer proper. In this paper,the influence of load unbalance,load capacity and power factor angle on the vibration characteristics of transformer is studied. The study results show that when the load unbalance of phase B is compared to that of the other two phases,the amplitude of maximum acceleration of oil tank surface is smaller. The surface vibration of the transformer oil tank is related to the load capacity,and the vibration of the oil tank under light load is mainly affected by the iron core vibration. With the increase of load capacity,the surface vibration of the oil tank increases gradually. While,with the increase of power factors,the maximum acceleration of the front surface of the oil tank increases and the that on the side surface decreases. The vibration concentration area of the oil tank is transferred from the side surface to the front surface.The study results in this paper have reference significance for the arrangement of measuring points and vibration control of transformer.
