摘  要:在GIS的运行过程中存在两种影响供电连续性的情况,一种存在于大多数扩建工程中,GIS间隔在对接安装及交接耐压试验时需要运行母线停电,一种是少数GIS间隔在运行过程中出现某些故障检修更换时需要运行间隔甚至运行母线停电。文中介绍了一种GIS布置形式,其主母线采用双母线上置布置形式,主母线下方各设置一个三工位隔离接地开关,在两个三工位隔离接地开关之间通过十字形导体相连,并在十字导体的下方增加隔离断口,以实现供电连续性的提升。同时,通过对GIS进行模块化区分、模块之间的对接以及气室之间的配合,并在每个模块中设计可拆点,以实现故障GIS更便利快速的检修。最后,对典型的断路器检修过程进行了实际操作验证,结果表明,采用这种形式的GIS不仅可以有效的避免扩建安装以及现场耐压试验时对母线停电的要求,同时可以有效的缩短故障间隔检修及元器件更换时间,在不降低电站运行可靠性的前提下,采用该GIS布置结构可以有效降低电站的停电时间,有效提高电站的供电连续性。In the process of GIS operation,there are two kinds of situations that affect the continuity of power supply.One exists in most expansion projects,in which GIS bay,in the case of connection and handover withstanding voltage test,needs the operating busbar to be power off.The other is a few GIS bays,in case of maintenance and replacement due to certain fault during the operation period,need the operating bays and even the operating busbar to be power off. In this paper,a kind of GIS layout is introduced,in which the main busbar adopts double busbar upper arrangement. A three-position disconnector earthing switch is set under the main busbar. The two pieces of three-position disconnector earthing switches are connected by cross conductor and the isolating open contacts is added beneath the cross conductor so to achieve the improvement of the power supply continuity. At the same time,through the modular division of GIS,the connection between modules and the coordination between gas compartments as well as the design of disassembly point in each module,the rapid maintenance of fault GIS can be achieved quickly. Finally,the typical maintenance process of circuit breaker is verified by actual operation. The results show that adoption of this form of GIS can not only effectively avoid the requirements of busbar power off during expansion and installation and on-site withstand voltage test,but also,at the same time,effectively shorten the maintenance time interval of the fault and component replacement. Under the premise of not reducing operation reliability of substation,adoption of the GIS layout structure can reduce effectively the power off time of power station,but also can improve the power supply continuity of the power station.
