摘 要:为了解决当前SF替代气体的问题,近年来人们对三氟碘甲烷(CF_(3)I)及其混合气体的研究颇多,发现其混合气体在一定电压内有替代SF的潜力。通过搭建放电实验平台,控制放电间隙距离、气压和混合比率对CF_(3)I-CO_(2)的混合气体在稍不均匀电场和极不均匀电场下的雷电冲击特性进行了实验研究。研究发现CF_(3)I-CO_(2)混合气体在这两种不同电场下的击穿电压都随间隙距离呈正相关,但两者增长趋势不相同,而击穿电压随气压则表现出明显差异化的规律。在稍不均匀电场下,间隙距离较小时击穿电压与距离呈线性关系,而当间隙距离偏大时则呈现饱和状态的现象;击穿电压与气压的关系则呈现出增长速率加快的现象。在极不均匀电场下,击穿电压与距离呈饱和趋势增长;气压上则是以较慢的速率增长;此外,在一些特殊情况下还出现了极性反转现象和“驼峰”现象。通过与纯SF的击穿电压相比,两种电场下CF_(3)I-CO_(2)混合气体的绝缘性能在混合比率k=30%时最佳,可以为CF_(3)I混合气体应用于气体绝缘设备中提供参考。In order to solve the current problem of SFsubstitute gas replacement,in recent years,there has been a lot of research on trifluoroiodomethane(CF_(3)I)and its mixed gas.It is found that its mixed gas has the potential to replace SFwithin a certain voltage range.By setting up a discharge experiment platform,controlling the distance of the discharge gap,gas pressure and the mixing ratio,the lightning impulse characteristics of the CF_(3)I-CO_(2)mixed gas in condition of quasi-homogeneous and extremely non-uniform electric field were experimentally studied.The study found that the breakdown voltage of the CF_(3)I-CO_(2)mixed gas under these two different electric fields is positively correlated with the gap distance,but the growth trends of the two are different.And breakdown voltage with air pressure shows a clearly differentiated law.Under quasi-homogeneous electric field,the breakdown voltage has a linear relationship with the distance when the gap distance is small,and it appears to be saturated when the gap distance is large;the relationship between the breakdown voltage and air pressure shows an acceleration in growth rate.Under extremely non-uniform electric fields,the breakdown voltage and distance increase in a saturation trend;the breakdown voltage increases with air pressure at a slower rate;in addition,the phenomenon of polarity reversal and“humping”also appeared in some special cases.Compared with the breakdown voltage of pure SFgas,the insulation performance of the CF_(3)I-CO_(2)mixed gas under the two electric fields is the best when the mixing ratio k=30%.This research provides a reference for the application of CF_(3)I mixed gas in gas insulation equipment.
