摘 要:为对特高压直流线路进入等电位路径进行安全评估,提出了一种综合考虑组合间隙与人员体表场强的评估方法。首先,依据±800 kV工程实际,将常见的进入等电位运动范围进行连续分块,用Comsol软件仿真分析了运动范围内组合间隙与体表场强的动态分布,表明作业人员沿60°路径进入等电位的平均组合间隙最大,而沿0°路径进入等电位的平均体表最大场强最低。其次,综合考虑组合间隙对放电的影响以及强电场对作业人员的影响,提出危险系数以表征路径安全性。最后,在不同海拔高度下对进入等电位的可能运动范围进行了安全评估。结果表明:各海拔高度下以45°路径进入等电位时危险系数均最低,建议带电作业时以45°路径进入等电位,所研究内容可为实际进入等电位的路径选择提供参考。For performing safety assessment of UHVDC lines entering into the isopotential path,a kind of assessment method comprehensively considering combined clearance and human surface field strength is proposed. Firstly,the common entering isopotential motion range is successively divided into blocks in accordance with practical ±800 kV project,the dynamic distribution of combined clearance and human surface field strength within the motion range is simulated and analyzed by Comsol software,showing that the average combination clearance of the operator entering into the isopotential along the path of 60° is the largest,while the maximum field strength of average surface of operator entering into the isopotential along the path of 0° is minimum. Secondly,with full consideration of influence of the combined clearance on discharge and of strong electric field on operators,the risk coefficient is proposed to characterize the path safety. Finally,the safety of possible range of motion into the isopotential is assessed at different altitudes. The result shows that,in case of entering into isopotential at 45° path at each altitude is the lowest. It is therefore suggested,in case of on-line operation,entering into isopotential at 45° path. The contents of the study can provide reference for the actual patch selection into the isopotential.
