摘 要:为降减小“高压回流”引起的流量脉动和压力脉动,基于双作用叶片泵的三角减振槽、根据双作用叶片泵的预升压变化过程,设计了一种具有更大通流截面,过渡更加平滑的复合型减振槽。利用PumpLinx软件进行数值模拟,分别监测三角减振槽及复合型减振槽所在的双作用叶片泵流场的出口流量变化和压力变化情况。研究结果表明:当转速在4500~6000 r/min变化时,复合型减振槽比三角减振槽能使出口流量脉动系数分别降低67.6%和67.04%,证明复合型减振槽对降低泵的出口流量脉动和压力脉动的有效性,为双作用叶片泵的结构优化提供一种新的思路。In order to reduce the flow pulsation and pressure pulsation caused by “high pressure backflow”, based on the triangular vibration damping groove of the double-acting vane pump, and according to the pre-boost pressure change process of the double-acting vane pump, a larger flow cross-section is designed. Smoother compound damping grooves. Using PumpLinx software to carry out numerical simulation, the outlet flow changes and pressure changes of the flow field of the double-acting vane pump where the triangular damping groove and the compound damping groove are located are respectively monitored. The research results show that when the rotational speed varies from 4500 to 6000 r/min, the composite damping groove can reduce the outlet flow pulsation coefficient by 67.6% and 67.04% respectively compared with the triangular damping groove, which proves that the composite damping groove can reduce the outlet flow of the pump. The effectiveness of pulsation and pressure pulsation provides a new idea for the structural optimization of double-acting vane pumps.
