摘  要:为了获得油气混输泵的两相分离规律以及该分离性质对该泵产生的影响,通过对含气率GVF=0.4的螺旋轴流式油气混输泵进行模拟计算,定量地分析了叶轮域内气液两相的分布及速度变化情况。结果发现:气液分离对流体流动造成的堵塞作用主要集中在靠近工作面以及背面的流道上,对中间流道上的影响较低。对导叶内部流场进行分析,发现两相分离造成的气团堆积,使得进入导叶的流体在流动中存在一低压区,该低压区使得流体在导叶内部形成二次回流。这说明了气液分离现象不但对泵叶轮区域造成了流动堵塞,且造成了导叶的二次回流损失。In order to obtain the two-phase separation law of oil-gas pump and the effect of the separation property on the pump, a helical axial-flow oil-gas pump is numerically calculated when its gas volume fraction GVF=0.4. The distribution in the phase of gas and liquid and the velocity variation in impeller domain are analyzed quantitatively. The results showed as follows: the blocking effect of gas-liquid separation on fluid flow is mainly concentrated on the flow passage near the working face and the back, and has a low impact on the middle flow channel. The internal flow field of guide vane is analyzed. The flow field inside the guide vane of the pump was analyzed. It was found that the air mass accumulation caused by two-phase separation resulted in a low pressure are. The low pressure area causes the fluid to form a secondary reflux inside the guide vane. This shows that the gas-liquid separation phenomenon not only causes flow blockage in the impeller region of the pump, but also causes secondary reflux loss of the guide vane.
