摘  要:针对海洋地质勘探及取样工况作业要求,为解决井口导向定位、钻具夹持稳定、井口监控、线缆同步收放等问题,开展了中继箱、脐带缆绞车、勘察基盘及控制系统的技术研究,进行了详细技术方案设计、厂内试验和现场应用,研制了一套适用1200米水深海洋勘察基盘系统,采用高压输电、脐带缆恒张力收放、海底光电液复合控制等技术,通过厂内测试并在南海现场应用,进行了10余次的钻探取芯作业,成功取得180余米的海底样品。应用结果表明:海底检测控制、井口定位和钻杆夹持等功能均满足设计要求,推进了海洋勘察关键装备的国产化进程,为后续地质科学考察和超深水勘探取芯提供了一定的参考及基础。In response to the operation requirements of marine geological exploration and sampling conditions, in order to solve the problems of wellhead steering and positioning, drilling tool clamping stability, wellhead monitoring, constant tension retraction, etc., the technical research of the relay boxes, umbilical winches, survey bases and control system was carried out. The detailed technical scheme design, in-plant test and field application have developed, a set of base system for marine survey at a depth of 1200 meters was developed. The system adopts high-voltage power transmission, umbilical cable constant tension retraction, submarine photoelectric-hydraulic composite control, etc. The technology has been tested in the factory and applied in the South China Sea. More than 10 times of drilling and coring operations have been carried out, and more than 180 meters of seabed samples have been successfully obtained. The application results show that the functions of seabed detection and control, wellhead positioning and drill pipe clamping all meet the design requirements, which promotes the process of localization of key equipment for marine exploration, and provides a certain reference for subsequent geological scientific investigations and ultra-deep water exploration and coring.
