摘  要:论述了摆线液压马达三种常用加载方案(包括液压加载、制动器加载和异步伺服电机加载)的系统架构和配置,并分析了各种加载方案的工作特性和优缺点。首先,介绍了液压加载的工作原理,并以丹佛斯公司的OMP160 cc/rev马达为例进行分析;然后简单地介绍了三种常见的制动器加载方式以及每种方式的优缺点;最后着重分析了异步伺服电机加载的工作原理及能量回馈系统组成,并以西门子1PH8异步伺服电机加载为例,详细地介绍了其测试平台的搭建过程,包括驱动系统配置、控制架构和S120变频器通讯报文,为工业和科研中摆线液压马达的性能试验提供了一种高精度的加载测试方法。The system architecture and configuration of three common loading schemes of cycloid hydraulic motor(including hydraulic loading, brake loading and asynchronous servo motor loading) are discussed, and analyzes the working characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of each loading scheme. Firstly, this paper introduces the working principle of hydraulic loading, and takes OMP160 CC/Rev motor of Danfoss company as an example to analyze the working principle. Then this paper simply introduces three kinds of common brake loading methods and the advantages and disadvantages of each approach;Finally, the working principle of asynchronous servo motor loading and the composition of energy feedback system are analyzed emphatically. Taking the loading of Siemens 1 PH8 asynchronous servo motor as an example, and the construction process of this loading test platform, including drive system configuration, control architecture and S120 inverter communication message, is introduced in detail. It provides a high precision loading test method for the performance test of cycloid hydraulic motor in industry and scientific research.
