摘  要:以D(+)氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐和对苯二甲醛为原料合成(D-氨基葡萄糖甲基)苯甲醛(Sch),再以壳聚糖为原料对(D-氨基葡萄糖甲基)苯甲醛进行改性,制备性能优异的壳聚糖-(D-氨基葡萄糖甲基)苯甲醛(CS-Sch)缓蚀剂。利用红外光谱仪对CS-Sch和Sch的结构进行表征,利用电化学测试法对CS-Sch和Sch的缓蚀性能进行比较,当CS-Sch和Sch质量浓度为400 mg/L,温度为303 K时,缓蚀率分别为90.1%和80.5%。利用失重法研究了碳钢的腐蚀程度,结果表明:碳钢腐蚀速率随CS-Sch质量浓度增大而减小,随温度升高而增大。采用SEM探究CS-Sch在1 mol/L HCl中对碳钢腐蚀的影响以及其缓蚀机理。实验发现:CS-Sch在1 mol/L HCl溶液中碳钢表面的吸附模型契合Langmuir吸附等温模型,其主要以化学吸附为主。CS-Sch合成的原料简单环保,是一种绿色无污染的环保型缓蚀剂。(D-glucosaminemethyl)benzaldehyde(Sch)is synthesized by D(+)glucosamine hydrochloride and terephthalaldehyde as raw materials,and chitosan was then used to modify the(D-glucosaminemethyl)benzaldehyde to prepare a chitosan-(D-glucosaminemethyl)benzaldehyde(CS-Sch)corrosion inhibitor with excellent performance.CS-Sch and Sch were characterized by infrared spectrometer,and the corrosion inhibition properties of CS-Sch and Sch were compared by electrochemical test.When the test temperature was 303 K and the mass concentrations of CS-Sch and Sch were 400 mg/L,the corrosion inhibition rates were 90.1%and 80.5%,respectively.The corrosion degree of carbon steel was studied by weight loss method.The results show that the corrosion rate of carbon steel decreases with the increase of CS-Sch mass concentration,and increases with the increase of temperature.SEM was used to investigate the effect of CS-Sch on the corrosion of carbon steel in 1 mol/L HCl and its corrosion inhibition mechanism.The experiments show that the adsorption model of CS-Sch on carbon steel surface in 1 mol/L HCl solution is consistent with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model,thus it is mainly based on chemical adsorption.The raw materials synthesized by CS-Sch are simple and environmentally friendly,and CS-Sch is a green and pollution-free environment-friendly corrosion inhibitor.
