摘 要:介绍60×18.00-3550PR TL L-5矿用支架搬运车填充轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1472 mm,断面宽455 mm,行驶面宽度400 mm,行驶面弧度高-8 mm,胎圈着合直径882 mm,胎圈着合宽度381 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_(1)/H_(2))0.9281,胎面采用L-5块状超加深花纹,花纹深度50 mm,花纹周节数14,花纹饱和度82%,采用聚氨酯弹性体填充轮胎。施工设计:胎面采用丁苯橡胶/天然橡胶并用配方,胎体帘布层和缓冲层分别采用20层1400dtex/3V_(1)锦纶66帘布和4层930dtex/2V_(3)锦纶66帘布,采用胶囊反包成型机成型、胶囊定型硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸符合设计要求,物理性能达到国家标准要求,实际装车性能良好。The design on 60×18.00-3550PR TL L-5 filling tires for mining support carrier was introduced.The structure design parameters were as follows:overall diameter 1472 mm,cross-section width 455 mm,width of running surface 400 mm,arc height of running surface-8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 882 mm,bead width at rim seat 381 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H_(1)/H_(2))0.9281,using a L-5 block super deepened pattern,pattern depth 50 mm,number of pattern pitches 14,the block/total ratio 82%,and the tire was filled with polyurethane elastomer.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:styrene butadiene rubber/natural rubber blend formula was used for the tread,and the carcass ply and the buffer layer adopted 20 layers of 1400dtex/3V_(1) nylon 66 cords and 4 layers of 930dtex/2V_(3) nylon 66 cords,respectively;the tires were formed on a turn-up bladder building machine and cured with a bladder vulcanizer.The test results of the finished tire showed that the inflated peripheral dimension met the design requirements,the physical properties met the national standard requirements,and the actual loading performance was good.
