摘 要:有机电解质锂空气电池具有较高的理论能量密度,被视为最具有前景的新型能源电池,氧气的传输性能是决定锂空气电池性能的关键因素。为改善电池内部氧气传输效率,在聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)疏水性材料基础上,引入增氧添加剂全氟三丁胺(FTBA),将聚丙烯膜作为基底负载PDMS-FTBA制得一种新型锂空气电池防水透氧膜(OSM)。同时对装有该OSM的锂空气电池进行了电化学测试以及关键材料的表征测试。结果表明,OSM可以提高锂空气电池在空气环境下工作的稳定性,当PDMS与FTBA质量比为25∶75时,电池性能最佳。由于高氧气溶解性以及良好的防水性使装有该OSM的锂空气电池在空气环境下稳定工作可达1460 h,放电比容量达到4693 mAh·g^(-1)。新型OSM具有良好的电化学性能且易于合成,在锂空气电池中具有广阔的应用潜力。The organic electrolyte lithium-air battery with high theoretical energy density is regarded as the most promising new energy battery.The oxygen transport performance is the key factor for the performance of the lithium-air battery.In order to improve the oxygen transport efficiency in the battery,a new waterproof and oxygen permeable membrane(OSM)for the lithium-air battery was prepared by introducing perfluorotributylamine(FTBA)on the basis of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)hydrophobic material and loading PDMS-FTBA on polypropylene membrane as the substrate.At the same time,the electrochemical tests and key material characterizations of the lithium-air batteries equipped with OSM were carried out.The results show that the OSM can improve the stability of lithium-air batteries in the air,and the battery performance is the best when the mass ratio of PDMS to FTBA is 25∶75.Due to its high oxygen solubility and good water resistance,the lithium-air battery equipped with OSM can work stably for 1460 hours in the air,and its specific discharge capacity can reach 4693 mAh·g^(-1).The novel OSM has good electrochemical properties and it is easy to synthesize,so it has broad application potential in the lithium-air batteries.
