摘  要:以柠檬酸三胺为分散剂,聚乙烯醇(PVA)为粘结剂,聚乙二醇(PEG)为增塑剂,采用水基流延的方式制备钛酸锶钡(BST)流延膜。实验结果表明:当BST固含量为84.5%,柠檬酸三胺的质量分数为0.35%,PVA的质量分数为5%,PEG与PVA的质量比为0.6时,可制备出高质量的BST流延膜。叠加不同层数的BST流延膜加压后,在1235℃烧结可以得到不同厚度的BST薄片,其介电常数为3300,介质损耗为0.03。测试了所制备BST薄片的挠曲电性能,发现随着薄片厚度从400μ_(12)m减小到200μ_(12)m,横向挠曲电系数μ_(12)从0.23μ_(12)C/m增大到0.43μ_(12)C/m,等效压电应变常数d从396 pC/N增加到6306 p C/N,表现出明显的尺寸效应。可以预测,在BST薄片厚度达到微纳米尺度时,挠曲电材料要远优于常规的压电材料。BST films were prepared by aqueous tape-casting with ammonium citrate as dispersant,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as binder and polyethylene glycol(PEG)as plasticizer.The results show that high quality BST cast film can be prepared when the R value is 0.6,the content of solid,ammonium citrate,PVA are 84.5%,0.35%and 5%,respectively.Multiple BST films were superimposed and sintered at 1235℃for 2 h to obtain BST sheets with different thicknesses.The dielectric constant of sintered BST sheets is 3300 with dielectric loss of 0.03.The flexoelectric properties of the BST sheets were tested.It was found that flexoelectric coefficientμ_(12)increased from 0.23μ_(12)C/m to 0.43μ_(12)C/m,and the equivalent piezoelectric constant dincreased from 96 pC/N to 6306 pC/N when BST sheets thickness decreased from 400μ_(12)m to 200μ_(12)m.It can be predicted that the flexoelectric materials are better than the conventional piezoelectric materials w hen the thickness of the BST sheets is w ithin the micro/nano scale.
