摘 要:优化及控制吸波材料的电磁参数具有重要意义。调控吸收剂含量可以调节吸波带宽,因此研究了吸收剂含量对复合材料电磁参数的影响。为了简化CIPs/PEEK复合材料电磁参数的测试过程,研究了CIPs/PEEK、CIPs/Paraffin两种不同复合材料在具有相同磁导率时,羰基铁粉质量占比的对应关系。并利用Maxwell-Garnett公式优化两种材料在对应时所产生的介电常数差值。优化后,介电常数实部的差值缩小,反射损耗峰位置不再向低频移动,在0.5~14 GHz反射率测试值和实际测试值基本吻合,在14~18 GHz有-1 dB差异。本文结论对现实中CIPs/PEEK复合材料的电磁参数控制和表征具有一定指导意义。Optimization and control of the electromagnetic parameters of absorbing materials are important.Modulating the absorber content can adjust the absorbing bandwidth.As a result,this aricle investigated the effect of absorber content on the electromagnetic parameters of the composite materials.To simplify the testing of electromagnetic parameters of the CIPs/PEEK composites,the mass proportion of carbonyl iron powder in CIPs/PEEK and CIPs/Paraffin composites with the same magnetic permeability were investigated.The Maxwell-Garnett formula was used to optimize the difference of dielectric constant between the two materials.After optimization,the difference of the real part of the dielectric constant is reduced,and the position of the reflection loss peak does not move to low frequency.The measured value of reflectivity is basically consistent with the actual value from 0.5 GHz to 14 GHz,and there is a-1 dB difference from 14 GHz to 18 GHz.The conclusion of this paper has a certain guiding significance for the control and characterization of electromagnetic parameters of CIPs/PEEK composites in reality.
