摘  要:提出了一款新型的结构紧凑的五通带带通滤波器。滤波器由四个互相耦合的均匀阻抗谐振器构成,可以激发六个谐振模式。在谐振器设计中,探究了电路主要电参数对谐振频率的影响。通过对谐振模式和传输零点的分析,将谐振器用于五通带滤波器设计。通过合理调节耦合间距及耦合长度,可以特定方式独立控制五个通带的带宽。最终,对五通带带通滤波器进行制作并测试。滤波器的五个中心频率分别位于1.9,2.37,3.34,4.2和4.86 GHz,通带插入损耗分别为1.35,1.26,1.62,1.14和2.11 dB。测试结果较好地验证了提出的结构和设计方法。A new compact quint-band bandpass filter(BPF)was proposed.This filter was consisted of four mutually coupled uniform impedance resonators,which could excite six resonance modes.In resonator design,the effects of main electrical parameters was explored on the resonant frequency.Based on the analysis of resonance modes and transmission zeros,the resonator can be used to design a quint-band filter.By reasonably adjusting the coupling distances and lengths,the bandwidths in the five passbands can be independently controlled by a specific method.Finally,a quint-band BPF was fabricated and measured.The central frequencies of the filter are at 1.9 GHz,2.37 GHz,3.34 GHz,4.2 GHz and 4.86 GHz with insertion losses of 1.35 dB,1.26 dB,1.62 dB,1.14 dB and 2.11 dB.Measurements verify the proposed structure and design method.
