摘 要:目的分析单采血小板无偿献血者血液标本放置时间对血小板计数、红细胞压积、血红蛋白及白细胞计数的影响。方法选取驻马店市中心血站2020年8月至2021年8月进行单采血小板的96例无偿献血者为研究对象,均收集血液标本通过sysmex-800i血液分析设备开展血常规检测,将显微镜检查法的检测结果作为金标准,统计血液标本放置0 min、30 min、60 min血常规检测时的血小板计数、红细胞压积、血红蛋白及白细胞计数等指标水平变化情况。结果单采血小板无偿献血者血液标本不同放置时间的血小板计数相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血液标本放置0 min血小板计数和标准检测值相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血液标本放置30 min的血小板计数高于血液标本放置0 min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血液标本放置60 min的血小板计数高于血液标本放置30 min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血液标本不同放置时间的红细胞压积、血红蛋白及白细胞计数相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血液标本放置0 min红细胞压积、血红蛋白及白细胞计数和标准检测值相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血液标本放置30 min的红细胞压积、血红蛋白及白细胞计数高于血液标本放置0 min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血液标本放置60 min的红细胞压积、血红蛋白及白细胞计数低于血液标本放置30 min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单采血小板无偿献血者血液标本放置时间达到30 min后,血小板计数、红细胞压积、血红蛋白及白细胞计数水平均会升高。因此,血液样本采集后应在30 min内开展检测,以确保检测结果的准确性。Objective To analyze the influence of blood sample storage time on platelet count,hematocrit,hemoglobin and white blood cell count of unpaid blood donors with single platelet collection.Methods A total of 96 unpaid blood donors who collected platelets singly from August 2020 to August 2021 in Zhumadian Central Blood Station were selected as the research objects.All blood samples were collected for routine blood test using sysmex-800i blood analysis equipment.The results of microscopic examination were taken as the gold standard.The changes of platelet count,hematocrit,hemoglobin and white blood cell count at 0 min,30 min and 60 min of routine blood test were analyzed.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the platelet count of the blood samples of the unpaid blood donors who collected platelets singly at different storage times(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the platelet count of the blood samples placed for 0 min and the standard test value(P>0.05).The platelet count of the blood samples placed for 30 min was higher than that of the blood samples placed for 0 min,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The platelet count of blood sample placed for 60 min was higher than that of blood sample placed for 30 min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hematocrit,hemoglobin and leukocyte count of blood samples at different storage times were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hematocrit,hemoglobin and leukocyte count of blood samples placed for 0 min were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the hematocrit,hemoglobin and leukocyte count of blood samples placed for 30 min were higher than those of blood samples placed for 0 min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hematocrit,hemoglobin and leukocyte count of blood samples placed for 60 min were lower than those of blood samples placed for 30 min,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Platelet count,hematocrit,hemoglobin and whi
