乳腺X线导管造影检查对导管内乳头状瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺X线导管造影、乳腺X线检查在诊断导管内乳头状瘤中的应用价值。方法选取郑州大学第三附属医院2020年10月至2021年10月就诊的85例乳腺导管内病变患者。以病理检查结果为“金标准”,统计乳腺X线导管造影、乳腺X线及联合诊断结果,并比较其对导管内乳头状瘤的诊断效能。结果经病理诊断,导管内乳头状瘤41例,经乳腺X线导管造影诊断,导管内乳头状瘤31例,经乳腺X线诊断,导管内乳头状瘤28例;经联合诊断,导管内乳头状瘤40例。以导管内乳头状瘤为阳性标本,与乳腺X线、乳腺X线导管造影单独诊断比较,二者联合诊断灵敏度(95.12%)(39/41)、准确度(96.47%)(82/85)较高,漏诊率(4.88%)(2/41)较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺X线导管造影与X线对于导管内乳头状瘤均具有一定诊断价值,临床可通过联合应用提高诊断效能,以制定相应治疗方案。Objective To investigate the value of mammography ductography and mammography in the diagnosis of intraductal papilloma.Methods The 85 patients with intraductal breast lesions attending the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected.Using pathological findings as the"gold standard",the results of mammography ductography,mammography,and combined diagnosis were counted,and their diagnostic efficacy for intraductal papilloma was compared.Results The 41 cases of intraductal papilloma were diagnosed by pathology,31 cases of intraductal papilloma were diagnosed by mammography ductography,28 cases of intraductal papilloma were diagnosed by mammography,and 40 cases of intraductal papilloma were diagnosed by combined diagnosis.With intraductal papilloma as the positive specimen,the combined diagnosis was more sensitive(95.12%)(39/41)and more accurate(96.47%)(82/85)than mammography and mammography ductography alone,and the rate of missed diagnosis(4.88%)(2/41)was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mammography and X-ray both have certain diagnostic values for intraductal papilloma.The combined application can improve diagnostic efficiency and make the corresponding treatment plan.
