傣医经筋理论在腰背肌筋膜炎诊治中的应用探讨

摘　　要：傣医经筋理论作为傣医理论体系的重要组成部分之一,被广泛运用于傣族地区疾病诊疗的全阶段。腰背肌筋膜炎是临床常见病症,属于傣医"腰痛"的范畴,又与经筋关系密切。笔者基于经筋理论,探讨傣医对于腰背肌筋膜炎的解读,认为该病多由"外邪侵袭"或"四塔不足"等内外因素影响腰背部经筋气血运行所致。采用捶筋疗法、踩背疗法等傣医外治法,以特定手法循人体经筋走向进行操作,往往能有效通络止痛。探索傣医经筋理论在腰背肌筋膜炎诊治中的存在机制和应用方式,对于经筋理论体系的完善和傣医特色诊疗技术的推广具有深远意义。Dai's theory of meridian sinew is one of the important part of dai medical theoretical system,in the Dai national minority area is widely applied in clinic diagnosis and treatment of disease process.Lumbar and dorsal myofasciitis,a common clinical disease,belongs to the category"low back pain"in Dai medicine,and close to the reinforcement.The author based on meridian and sinew theory of Dai medicine to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of lumbar and dorsal myofasciitis,think that the lumbar and dorsal myofasciitis due to internal and external factors,like"attacks"and"inadequate"of four tower,ultimately affect the operation of qi and blood in the small of the back.Using Dai medical treatment,such as lamented muscle therapy and stepping back therapy,follow the human body by the meridian and sinew in a particular technique to operate,can dredge meridians and relieve pain effectively.To explore the existing mechanism and application mode of meridian and sinew theory of Dai medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar and dorsal myofasciitis is of far-reaching significance for improving the meridian and sinew theory system and promoting the diagnosis and treatment technology of Dai medicine.
