摘　　要：我国的玉米处理机械发展进程缓慢,这导致了玉米资源浪费等一系列问题。基于国内玉米加工处理机械落后、无法充分发挥玉米资源价值的现状,本团队设计了一种新型玉米脱粒、玉米芯粉碎一体机。仿真结果表明,该装置解决了玉米脱粒不完全的问题,提供了玉米芯加工处理的新方式,使玉米被充分利用,同时实现了玉米脱粒与玉米芯粉碎的自动一体化处理。该一体机极大地减少了作业强度和占地空间,提高了玉米采收利用效率,节能环保,对于玉米加工处理及玉米产业发展具有重要的意义,为我国智慧农业的发展提供了一种可靠性思路。The development of corn processing machinery in China is slow,which causes a series of problems such as waste of corn resource.Based on the current situation that domestic corn processing machinery is backward and can not give full play to the value of corn resources,our team designed a new type of corn threshing and corn cob crushing machine.The simulation results show that the device solves the problem of incomplete corn threshing,provides a new way of corn cob processing,makes it fully utilized,and realizes the automatic integrated processing of corn threshing and corn cob crushing.The machine greatly reduces the operation intensity and occupation space,improves the efficiency of corn harvesting and utilization,saves energy and protects the environment.It is of great significance for corn processing and the development of corn industry,and provides a reliable idea for the development of smart agriculture in China.
