高校教务管理人员的工作职责优化分析

摘　　要：本文简要介绍了高校教务管理人员的工作项目:有序落实日常教务管理工作、及时完成学籍管理工作、认真规划学生考试工作;探索了优化高校教育管理工作的具体措施:发挥教育管理岗位价值、提升教务管理人员的政治思想、增强教务管理人员岗位专业性、系统性掌握各专业的教学规划等,以此切实发挥高校教务管理工作价值,提升高校教学品质。This paper briefly introduces the work items of college educational administration managers:orderly implement the daily educational administration management,timely complete the student status management,and carefully plan the student examination work;It explores the specific measures to optimize the educational management work in Colleges and Universities:giving full play to the value of educational management posts,improving the political ideology of educational administration managers,enhancing the professionalism of educational administration managers,systematically mastering the teaching planning of various maj ors,etc.,so as to give full play to the value of educational administration work in Colleges and universities and improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities.
