摘　　要：目的探究阿奇霉素片联合纤维支气管镜在女性支原体肺炎中的治疗效果。方法选择德州市第二人民医院2020年10月至2021年10月收治的106例女性支原体肺炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各53例。对照组行纤维支气管镜治疗,实验组行阿奇霉素片联合纤维支气管镜治疗,对比分析两种治疗方法对患者临床指标、炎症因子水平的影响。结果实验组体温稳定时间、CT正常时间、恢复时间、感染结束时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);实验组治疗后白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论阿奇霉素片联合纤维支气管镜能有效缩短女性支原体肺炎患者的临床治疗时间,具有显著的临床治疗效果。Objective To explore the effect of Azithromycin Tablets combined with bronchoscopy in the treatment of female Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 106 female patients with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Dezhou Second People’s Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group,and the control group received fiberoptic bronchoscopy treatment,the experimental group was treated with Azithromycin Tablets combined with fiberoptic bronchoscopy,and the effects of the two treatments on the clinical indicators,the levels of inflammatory factors of patients were compared and analyzed.Results The temperature stabilization time,CT normal time,cough recovery time and infection end time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Azithromycin Tablets combined with fiberoptic bronchoscopy can effectively shorten the clinical treatment time of female patients with Mycoplasma pneumonia,improve the pulmonary function,and have significant clinical treatment effect.
