麻杏石甘汤治疗小儿痰热闭肺型肺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察麻杏石甘汤治疗小儿痰热闭肺型肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2021年5月至2022年4月昌邑市妇幼保健院收治的80例小儿痰热闭肺型肺炎作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例给予西药阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾治疗,观察组40例在对照组的基础上给予中药麻杏石甘汤治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、病症总积分、主症及体征积分、次要症状积分、白细胞(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)等方面的变化。结果观察组愈显率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组各症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组与对照组WBC、CRP、PCT比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤对痰热闭肺型肺炎患儿疗效显著,可使临床症状得到快速改善。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction in the treatment of children’s phlegm heat closed lung pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 children with phlegm heat closed lung pneumonia admitted to Changyi Maternal and Child Care Hospital from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups.40 cases in the control group were treated with Amoxicillin Sodium Clavulanate Potassium,and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with Maxing Shigan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of clinical efficacy,total symptom score,main symptom and sign score,secondary symptom score,white blood cell(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)were compared between the two groups.Results The healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in WBC,CRP and PCT between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maxing Shigan Decoction has a significant effect on children with phlegm heat closed lung pneumonia,which can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms.
