同步鼻塞式CPAP呼吸机治疗肺透明膜病早产儿的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察肺透明膜病(HMD)早产儿应用同步鼻塞式CPAP呼吸机(NCPAP)治疗效果。方法选取2020年8月至2021年8月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的80例HMD早产儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例),对照组患儿采用有创通气治疗方法,观察组患儿采用NCPAP治疗。比较两组患儿的血气变化情况、氧疗时间以及家属治疗满意度、并发症。结果观察组pH、PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)水平优于对照组,治疗满意度高于对照组,并发症低于对照组,氧疗时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对HMD早产儿,应用NCPAP能够有效缩短患儿氧疗时间,有利于改善血气指标,提高满意度,降低并发症。Objective To observe the effect of synchronous nasal plug CPAP ventilator(NCPAP)in the treatment of premature infants with hyaline membrane disease(HMD).Methods A total of 80 premature infants with HMD admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Bengbu from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with invasive ventilation,and the observation group was treated with NCPAP.Blood gas changes,oxygen therapy time,family satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The pH,PaO_(2) and PaCO_(2) levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the treatment satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the oxygen therapy time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For premature infants with HMD,NCPAP can effectively shorten the time of oxygen therapy,improve blood gas change index,improve satisfaction and reduce complications.
