摘　　要：目的评价以针刺为主治疗脑卒中后复视的疗效。方法计算机检索收录于中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、重庆维普数据库(VIP)、PubMed等数据库中2020年12月以前的以针刺为主治疗脑卒中后复视的临床随机对照研究。采用5.1.0版Cochrane评价手册对文献质量进行评价,RevMan 5.3软件对资料进行系统分析。结果最终纳入7篇文献,共486例患者。经Meta分析,以针刺为主治疗脑卒中后复视的总有效率优于对照组[OR=4.04,95%CI(2.43,6.73),Z=5.37(P<0.00001)]。根据亚组分析,干预20次组临床疗效相对于对照组无差别[OR=2.12,95%CI(0.94,4.81),Z=1.80(P=0.07>0.05)],干预30次组临床总有效率优于对照组[OR=4.32,95%CI(2.09,8.93),Z=3.95(P<0.0001)]。结论从现有文献看,以针刺为主治疗脑卒中后复视临床疗效优于西药或康复运动疗法。在疗程方面,1个月内干预30次疗效优于干预20次。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of diplopia after stroke.Methods Randomized controlled trials of acupuncture as the main treatment for diplopia after stroke before December 2020 were retrieved from Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database,Chongqing VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),PubMed and other databases.Cochrane review manual 5.1.0was used to evaluate the quality of the literature,and RevMan 5.3 software was used to systematically analyze the data.Results Finally,7 literatures were included,with a total of 486 patients.After Meta-analysis,the total effective rate of acupuncture in the treatment of diplopia after stroke was better than that of the control group[OR=4.04,95%CI:(2.43,6.73),Z=5.37(P<0.00001)].According to subgroup analysis,there was no difference in clinical efficacy between the20-time intervention group and the control group[OR=2.12,95%CI:(0.94,4.81),Z=1.80(P=0.07>0.05)],and the total clinical effective rate of the 30-time intervention group was better than that of the control group[OR=4.32,95%CI:(2.09,8.93)],Z=3.95(P<0.0001)].Conclusion From the existing literature,the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of diplopia after stroke is superior to western medicine or rehabilitation exercise therapy.In terms of treatment course,30 times of intervention within a month is better than 20 times of intervention.
