中医防治奥沙利铂神经毒性的研究进展

摘　　要：奥沙利铂是目前临床肿瘤化疗药物中应用较为广泛的一线药物,随着临床应用的增多其毒副反应也随之被发现。奥沙利铂最常见的毒副反应为周围神经毒性反应,主要表现为肢体麻木、肢端感觉异常等,严重时可出现肢体功能障碍,甚至造成肌肉萎缩、肢体废用,影响了化疗的进程,不利于疾病的转归。西医治疗奥沙利铂神经毒性多采用甲钴胺、卡马西平等措施,疗效不甚理想。故本文通过对奥沙利铂神经毒性患者的中医防治措施作一综述,以降低奥沙利铂神经毒性的发生率,提高治疗的有效率,为中医治疗奥沙利铂神经毒性患者提供充分的依据,为临床推广中医护理措施提供理论支撑。Oxaliplatin is a first-line drug widely used in clinical cancer chemotherapy.With the increase of clinical application,its toxic and side effects are also found.The most common toxic side effect of Oxaliplatin is peripheral neurotoxicity,mainly manifested as limb numbness,abnormal sensation at the extremities,etc.in serious cases,limb dysfunction may occur,and even muscle atrophy and limb disuse may occur,which affects the process of chemotherapy and is not conducive to the prognosis of the disease.In the treatment of Oxaliplatin Neurotoxicity in western medicine,Mecobalamin and Carbamazepine are mostly used,and the efficacy is not ideal.Therefore,this article summarizes the TCM prevention and treatment measures for Oxaliplatin Neurotoxicity patients,so as to reduce the incidence of Oxaliplatin Neurotoxicity,improve the efficiency of treatment,provide sufficient basis for TCM treatment of Oxaliplatin Neurotoxicity patients,and provide theoretical support for clinical promotion of TCM nursing measures.
