康复疗养对高原官兵心肌酶变化影响的研究

摘　　要：目的研究康复疗养对高原驻训官兵心肌酶各项指标的影响,了解高原官兵驻训及脱高原过程中心脏功能的变化,为保障高原官兵提高战斗力提供依据。方法分别收集2021年6月赴大连康复疗养中心疗养的某部队高原官兵男性29例为高原组,收集同期来疗养的驻地为平原地区的男性官兵29例为对照组,分别于入院疗养前1 d和疗养后20 d采血,检测血清肌酸激酶同工酶-MB(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌红蛋白(MYO)、心肌肌钙蛋白T(c Tn T)和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)活性。结果经过康复疗养,高原官兵血清CK-MB、LDH、MYO、c Tn T和α-HBDH的含量均下降。其中血清LDH的含量下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清MYO和c Tn T的含量下降,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清CK-MB和α-HBDH的含量下降,且差异具有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高原环境对官兵的心肌功能有一定的损伤,通过康复疗养可以促进高原官兵心肌酶各项指标恢复,对高原官兵的健康有一定积极的影响。但由于疗养时间有限,部分指标还未降至与平原人群相当水平。Objective To study the effects of rehabilitation and recuperation on myocardial enzyme indexes of officers and soldiers stationed at plateau for training,and to understand the changes of cardiac function of officers and soldiers during training and deplateau process at plateau,so as to provide a basis for improving combat effectiveness of officers and soldiers at plateau.Methods A total of 29 male officers and soldiers who went to Dalian Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center for recuperation in June 2021 were collected as the plateau group,and 29 male officers and soldiers who came from the plain area for recuperation in the same period were collected as the control group.Blood samples were collected 1 day before and 20 days after the convalescence.Serum creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),myoglobin(MYO),cardiac troponin T(cTnT)andα-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH)activities were detected.Results After convalescence,the contents of CK-MB,LDH,MYO,cTnT andα-HBDH in serum of officers and soldiers on plateau decreased.The content of serum LDH was decreased,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The contents of MYO and cTnT in serum were decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The contents of CK-MB andα-HBDH in serum decreased,and the differences were highly statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The plateau environment has certain damage to the myocardial function of officers and soldiers.Rehabilitation and recuperation can promote the recovery of various indexes of myocardial enzymes of officers and soldiers on the plateau,which has certain positive influence on the health of officers and soldiers on the plateau.However,due to the limited recuperation time,some indicators have not been reduced to the level of the plain population.
