摘　　要：针对焦炉炭化室普通砖炉门使用过程中存在的维修量大、石墨难清理、保温性能差等问题,引进了新型涂釉砖炉门。为探讨新型涂釉砖炉门对焦炉利用率、表面散热及环保等方面的影响,进行了相关数据测试。测试表明,新型涂釉砖炉门在焦炉利用率、节能环保等方面有明显优势。In view of the problems occurred in using ordinary brick for oven doors,such as extensive maintenance,difficult removal of graphite,poor thermal insulation performance,etc.,a new technology of glazed brick oven door was introduced. To discuss the influence of the new glazed door on coke oven utilization,surface heat dissipation and environmental protection,tests were carried out on the relevant data. The results obviously demonstrate that the new glazed brick oven door has advantages in coke oven utilization,energy saving and environmental protection.
