摘　　要：结合6m焦炉炭化室炉底掉砖热态修复项目实践,重点介绍了在焦炉炭化室炉底结构受到严重损坏的情况下,采用莫来石砖进行热态修复的施工方法,包括炉墙保温方式、燃烧室温度控制、炉底砖型改进、砌体砖缝控制等,可为相关项目提供借鉴。Based on the experience of hot repair for oven sole of 6 m coke oven,this paper mainly introduces the method of hot repair with mullite bricks under the condition that the oven sole is seriously damaged,including heating wall thermal insulation,combustion chamber temperature control,oven sole brick upgrading,brick joint control,etc.,which can provide a good reference for similar projects.
